Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We always hope that there will be no returns and that you will be delighted with your products but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and we would be happy to offer a refund within 14 days of the receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible.

If the goods are damaged or defective so that we can exchange or take return of goods.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned with original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14  working days delivery of your purchase.

1. Please email info@chantilliehouse.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if used or altered in any way but in the unlikely event that the item is broken, faulty or does not match the item that you ordered we will replace this item free of charge. As all returns are agreed in advance please contact us within two days of the receipt

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Here is a guidline below.

KG - up to 5kg -£5.95

                10kg -£9.95

                25kg -£19.95

                50kg - £50.00

All bulky large orders will be calculated using their volumetric weight, so we will advise on costs.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
